"My order showed up with the box crushed..."
My order showed up with the box crushed and partly open, which was disappointing. The item was still inside, thankfully, but the packaging looked careless and not at all what I’d expect from a shop order. I really think this should’ve been packed better, and I’d appreciate an apology for how it was sent.

"Not the best experience on my phone"
I gave it 2 stars because, the website was kind of frustrating to use on my phone. The pages loaded a little slow for me, and the menu was... yeah, confusing. I felt like I had to tap around way too much just to find basic info. Some of the buttons weren’t super clear either. Maybe it’s better on desktop, but on mobile, it just didn’t feel smooth
"Delivery took way too long"
My order took much longer to arrive than I expected, and it was frustrating. It felt like once they had my money, getting the delivery to me quickly wasn’t much of a priority. Not the best experience

"Wish I’d known how unclear the communication would be"
I regret dealing with Deplay because the communication was really unclear. I had to ask the same questions more than once, and even then I never really got a straight answer. It ended up being a annoying experience
"Return took way too long"
I returned my order it wasn’t as smooth as I expected. The instructions felt a little unclear, so I ended up having to message them just to figure out what was going on.
The refund also took longer than I was hoping. Maybe that’s just their normal timeline, but from my side it felt slow, if that makes sense.
The item itself was fine, so no real complaint there. I just think the return process could be a lot clearer and quicker.

"Totally messed up my plans"
I ended up paying more than I expected, which was already frustrating, but the worst part was that it kind of ruined the plans I had for the day. I was hoping it would be worth the extra cost, but the whole experience just felt disappointing and not worth the money for me

"Got the wrong item in my order"
I was disappointed when my order arrived because it wasn’t what I chose on the site. The size was wrong and the item itself was different too. I get that mistakes happen, but it’s still frustrating since I assumed everything would be checked before shipping. Now I have to spend extra time sorting it out. Not sure I’d order again, which is a shame because I was actually looking forward to it.

"Warranty support felt like more trouble than it was worth"
I was disappointed with the warranty support. The replies were slow, and every time I followed up, it felt like I was begging for help, which started to build some resentment. In the end, the whole process felt more frustrating than useful.

"Support was way less responsive than I expected"
I reached out to support twice and still never heard back. I’ve dealt with plenty of other companies where you at least get some kind of reply, so this was frustrating

"Wasnt really the quality I expected"
I ordered from deplay.nl and at first the product looked decent, so I thought it would be fine. But after using it for a little while, it started to feel kind of cheap and not very sturdy. For the price, I expected a bit better. Delivery was okay and no issues there, but the quality just didnt really do it for me.
